RIDE45

45-MINUTES - OUR SIGNATURE RHYTHM-BASED INDOOR CYCLING CLASS WILL GET YOUR HEART PUMPING AND SET YOUR SOUL ON FIRE! THIS CLASS IS DESIGNED TO IMPROVE STAMINA, CARDIOVASCULAR ENDURANCE, AND MUSCLE STRENGTH. YOU CAN EXPECT INTERVAL DRILLS, CLIMBS AND HIIT IN THIS 45-MINUTE RIDE SET TO LOUD, INSPIRING MUSIC. LET'S RIDE!

*PLEASE BRING TENNIS SHOES OR CYCLE SHOES* We have extra shoes available to borrow as well.

Buti Yoga

powerhouse HIIT class that combines creative sequences that aim to build strength, power & flexibility-you'll move through yoga postures with cardio spikes, plyometrics and strength & conditioning. Get out of your head and release blocked energy while unleashing your potential. Musically driven + set to an energetic playlist.

Heated Movement Alchemy

heated to 95-100 degrees; strength + conditioning-based movement experience that combines the elements of earth, water, air + fire. You’ll build muscular + energetic resistance through fluid movements that allow for deep cleansing + release. Musically driven and intuitively taught. Let's get weird with OUT-OF-THE-BOX movements and wobble bass beats!

Fire Flow

heated to 80-85 degrees. You'll heat up in this class through dynamic vinyasa-based sequencing that is aimed to build your foundation. This grounding class includes deep stretches and strengthening holds, which build towards 2-3 peak poses. No cardio. Infrared heat used.

Yoga Flow

Heated to 80-85 degrees. This 60-minute class combines slow, mindful vinyasa + HATHA-inspired flows. It has been created to build your yoga foundation with intentional and creative sequencing. We'll focus on breath, building heat and alignment while we work towards a peak pose or peak flow. The intent of this class is to slow down and enjoy the power and energy of each pose to build upon your mind, body & soul connection. Set to a calming + soulful playlist.

Kaleidoscope Heated Series

heated to 90 degrees. Our signature hot yoga class offers a set series of postures, including modifications and progressions, which provides beginners with a solid foundation and seasoned yogis with an opportunity for mastery. With a focus on presence and power, you'll tap into your inner strength through the heat and long holds and leave feeling revitalized and deeply energized.

Heated Hatha

Heated TO 90 DEGREes. ENJOY A SLOW AND STEADY POSTURE-BASED PRACTICE WHERE YOU WILL EXPERIENCE POSTURES IN LONGER HOLDS GIVING YOU TIME TO EMBODY BOTH PHYSICAL AND ENERGETIC DETAILS OF YOUR PRACTICE.

Inferno Pilates

Heated to 90 degrees. Inferno Pilates is a training system that combines Pilates principles with HIIT (HIGH-INTENSITY Interval Training) in a heated room. Inferno Pilates creates quick and visible results. Increase your fitness level with this fun + intense full-body workout. You'll build lean muscle mass + burn fat while strengthening your core WHILE increasing overall mobility and flexibility.

Hot 26 + 2

A classic heated (90 degrees) hatha class beginning and ending with focused breath. Attention to precision and alignment of the 26 postures. Thoroughly compressing, stretching, bending, lengthening and strengthening your body and mind.

Lift 45

Lift 45 is a strength + resistance training class designed for performance, cross training + muscular definition. It involves high-repetition, low-weight exercises designed to improve muscle endurance and tone. We will be targeting the major muscle groups with intentional weighted exercises to fully fatigue + build strength for a full body experience. This class is set to a motivating playlist to drive our movements.
