Here’s how to start:
Create an account with our Walla booking software.
Purchase the package that best suits your needs.
Book that class you have your eyes on! Give us a call if you need help (509.876.1109) or come by the studio 15 minutes prior to the start of the class you would like to take.

Enter through our front doors on Rose St OR feel free to enter on our side entrance via 4th street.

Park in the lot on Rose street in any spot labeled “customer parking.”
You can also park street side on 4th and enter via the side entrance.
The large parking lot on 4th & Rose is also free and open to the public.

If you are new and needing help getting set up, we recommend 15 minutes early. Otherwise, please arrive 5-10 minutes early so that you can get your spot set up and access equipment if needed.
STUDIO AMENITIES

We offer heated classes in our back studio, which are heated with forced air and standing infrafred light boxes. Temperatures range from 85 to 95 degrees.

Unfortunately, showers are not available in our facility.

Mat + Shoe Rentals are available.

We offer private sessions for individuals and groups. Check out our offerings HERE.

We currently do not offer rentals to the general public or to independent contractors.
NEW TO YOGA

wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle and mat if you have one. Mat rentals available.

We offer a wide variety of yoga, fitness and movement classes. You can find our class descriptions HERE.

The best class to start with is definitely unique for each person. We recommend looking at the descriptions and selecting what sounds engaging for your interests.
If you are looking to build your yoga foundation, Yoga Flow, Hatha, 26 +2 and Heated Series are great starting points.
The remainder of our schedule is all levels and welcoming to those who are just beginning a practice on the mat.
Please feel free to stay after class or arrive early and ask your instructor specific questions. We are always available to help and support your journey.
NEW TO INDOOR CYCLE

Welcome! We are pumped to Ride with you!
Please arrive 15 minutes early so that we can orient you to our bikes, shoes and any additional equipment for the class you will be attending.

If you have your own clip in shoes, please do bring them. We have loaner shoes available in most sizes. We also have toe cages that are perfect with sneakers.

Our Ride classes are the perfect place for an awesome sweat and for you to challenge yourself as much as you like.
We do not use metrics, but rather coach to intensity level. We encourage and cheer you on while you are the director of your experience.
Our classes are rhythm based set to featured playlists that are often themed by the instructor.
STUDIO POLICIES

Our classes often fill to capacity. Unbooking/canceling your spot is very important to helping our community access their much needed time on the mat or bike.
We require a minimum of 60 minutes cancelation prior to the start of class. Please do cancel as early as possible so that someone else may access their spot!
Late cancelations and no shows will result in a $10 charge.

If the class you want to attend is full, definitely add yourself to the waitlist. As others cancel their reservations, spots in the class will automatically open and an e-mail/text message will be sent to the next person in line on the waitlist. If you’re emailed and can’t make it, be sure to cancel online or call/email the studio so that we can open your spot to another student. Once you have a spot, our no show policy does apply.

We require a 4 month minimum commitment with an active credit or debit card.

Simply email us at membership@kaleidscope.yoga to pause or cancel your membership. (All changes to plans must be documented via email.)
Pause requests must be made at least 3 business days in advance with a minimum of 30 days pause duration. Maximum 3 months pause per calendar year.
Membership cancellation requests must be made at least 3 business days ahead of the next billing cycle after the 4 month minimum has been fulfilled.
Requests made to shift billing cycle dates can made once annually.
