Studio Policies

RESERVATIONS

  • All clients must have a unique account with a valid e-mail via our Walla Booking software platform online or through the app to register for classes. Registration for classes may be done online or on our app.

  • If the class you'd like to book is full, you can add yourself to the waitlist. As bikes and mat spots are cancelled, the list moves up automatically adding the next Waitlisted client to the class. A notification email will be sent immediately.

  • If you sign up for the waitlist, you must unbook if you no longer plan to go to class. Late cancellation and no show fees apply once added to the class roster.

  • If you are not on your bike or mat by the start of class, your bike/mat spot will be given away if there is a waitlist. no exceptions. First time clients are encouraged to arrive 10 minutes before class starts.

CANCELLATIONS

  • All classes must be cancelled 12 hour prior to class time to avoid a late cancel fee of $10.

  • No-shows will also result in a no show fee of $25.

  • A client may cancel a class online or on our app. Contact us via phone, text or email if for any reason you need help.

CHARGES

  • We are a cash free studio -- all accounts require a valid/updated credit card to be stored on file.

  • All classes + fees must be paid in full by the time the class begins. If you take class without any previously purchased class/classes on your account, you will automatically be charged for a single class.

  • all merchandise is final sale.

  • Gift cards are valid for classes and merchandise only and cannot be converted into cash value.

  • If a client’s credit card is rejected for class they must update their credit card information prior to being permitted to take another class.

MINORS

  • You must be 14 years or older to take a class at kaleidoscope.

  • We do not allow unaccompanied minors to be left in the lobby during class. No exceptions.

Membership

  • Our Monthly membership pricing is a 2 month minimum, month-to-month auto-renewing membership. The minimum term is 2 months before you are able to cancel. If you must terminate the contract due to prolonged illness/injury, moving, or other extenuating circumstances, we require 14 days advance notice prior to your next billing cycle. We are happy to upgrade or downgrade your membership as needed.

  • It is the client’s Responsibility to notify us in advance for cancellations or account Suspensions prior to the next billing cycle as refunds will not be given.

  • For membership pauses, minimum 30 days to pause and maximum 90 days per calendar year.


MISCELLANEOUS

  • Kaleidoscope is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items. All items left in the studio will be kept in lost and found and unclaimed items will be donated the first of every month.
