Kaleidoscope’s Prenatal Yoga Series is designed to help you drop in and listen to your inner wisdom that you are as prepared as possible for childbirth and beyond!

Over our 8 weeks together, we’ll explore, move, stretch, strengthen and connect in ways designed to help:

1. relieve pregnancy pain and stress

2. prepare you for childbirth

3. support you on your journey to motherhood.

Prepare for childbirth and beyond with us by:

✅ aligning your spine and pelvis for easier labor
✅ connecting to your baby and body
✅ tapping into your immense inner strength and wisdom

Investment:
8-class series: $135 to non-members

Includes:
✅ 8 60-minute specialty prenatal yoga classes
✅ Passes can be used for any other class on the schedule during their 3 month expiration

Single class drop-in: $25
