FREE & Interactive Purpose Workshop with Rebecca & Blue Zones Project

This event is free & open to the community. Rebecca will lead you through purpose-finding inquiry combined with introspective and embodied yoga opportunities. She’ll help you pinpoint your purpose and find your why.

Why do alarm clocks exist? Alarms have a purpose: to get you out of bed and move your life forward each day.

Like the alarm clock, you have a purpose, too. Maybe you’re living it? Maybe you want to figure out what your “thing” is? Either way, your purpose — the reason you exist — isn’t just about what you feel called to do; it’s why.

Your purpose matters. People with purpose are happier, more successful, and live longer - nearly seven years longer!

With purpose, you can also do more with less. That means cramming fewer activities into your already overcrowded schedule - less stress to “get it all done," more breathing room, and more time to focus on what matters most.

This event will be fused together with two 30 minute yoga flows and meditation.

Please bring a yoga mat if you have one. We have a few extras if you need to borrow one.
