Join us for an evening of dynamic movement with Ecstatic Dance.

Ecstatic dance is a platform that creates space to celebrate the human experience. The journey starts with a guided meditation and will move into a time of intrinsic dance. This means something different for everyone, all forms of dance and expression are welcome. The dance floor is a sacred container to hold space for one another, come prepared to dance barefoot and to remain silent on the dance floor to honor the experience. The journey will end with a circle and an opportunity to share and connect with others. This event is your chance to let it all go on the dance floor and renew yourself in the art of movement. Led by Sarah Sheard a long-time dance enthusiast and facilitator of expression and empowerment.
