Our Kaleidoscope Off the mat Challenge will feature 5 days of movement and self expression, off the mat. our hope is that you will be inspired to share your amazingness with the world and express your love of movement with us November 15-19.

Prompts:
Nov 15, Day 1: Grab your camera and get out in nature. Grab a still photo of or a video of you expressing your favorite standing pose.
Caption Prompt: Give us a little insight into your Movement +/or Yoga journey. What are you enjoying most about being in your body? What are your movement aspirations?
Nov 16, Day 2: Let’s celebrate the daylight! whether it is a moody rainy day or the sun is shining bright, head to a nice daylight spot and grab a still photo or video of you in a twisted seated pose of your choice.
Caption Prompt: What motivates you to practice? What are your favorite movement practices?
Nov 17, Day 3: Sunset or anytime after dark. Capture yourself with a photo or a video expressing your favorite knees down posture (camel, quad-ped, low crescent lunge, gate pose…anything with at least one knee touching the ground.)
Caption Prompt: Tell us about your a memorable or meaningful movement experience. Maybe it was all night on the dance floor, maybe it was a class that touched you deeply, maybe finishing your first 5k race… Share what made this experience so memorable!
Nov 18, day 4. Head to your favorite space in your home and snap a pic or a video of you expressing a heart opener/backbend of your choice.

Nov 19, Day 5. put on your favorite going out attire and snap a pic or film a video of you in posture or movement sequence that makes you feel incredible.
