Join us for a 3-week nutritional course that will guide you every step of the way. From shopping lists, educational and coaching support to flexible recipes, you will feel empowered to amp up your wellness in the best of ways.
How will it work?
We’ll kick off the program on April 18th.
We’ll publish your materials and send them to you prior, so that will be 100% committed and ready to go on April 18.
Your Spring 21 Day Glow Up nutrition program is easily modifiable so that you can participate at the level that fits your life. Our Glow Up recipes and a gut loving food protocol will inspire you to level up well beyond the program.
This whole foods, body-love approach will be broken down into 4 main phases:
Phase 1: Our first 5 days will guide us into upgrading our hydration and nutrition habits. We’ll get a baseline on current habits. We’ll focus on mindful eating, meal prep and begin to reduce our intake of inflammatory foods. We’ll cheer each other on and inspire one another to take action steps that will prep us for following weeks.
Phase 2: This phase is only three days, but during this time you will fully prep for the next phase. You’ll clean your fridge and pantry. You’ll food prep for the next stage. You’ll cut back on caffeine, sugar, wheat, dairy and grains. You’ll get your mind and kitchen ready to chef yourself (and your family) high vibes nutrition that will make you all glow!
Phase 3: 7 days of juices, smoothies, soups, snacks and salads with vegan or animal based proteins. You’ll release toxins and inflammation (IE: belly bloat) and amp up lots of clean eating energy.
Phase 4: 6 days of reintroduction of some of the ingredients you eliminated during the program. You’ll keep a food journal and mindset journal so that you can see just how powerful your food choices are on your overall whole being wellness.
Please note that Glow Nutrition is focused on building you up as a whole person. This is not a diet culture program built to make you feel like you are bad person if you eat sugar and wheat or hit the taco truck. This is a body and mind love program built to give you the opportunity to feel amazing with nutritional support. No weigh-ins, no measurements, no “biggest loser” pressures. Simply the love and support to feel your best!!
