Ease into the autumn season and gather your energy in this gentle yoga practice by candlelight. As we transition between the long, fun days of summer to the frantic excitement of school, harvest, and the holidays it can be easy to exhaust ourselves as we try to do more and more. Take some time to focus on yourself this fall, explore the connection between the body and mind through slow movements and deep relaxation. In this class we will use intentions, props, and breathwork to help release tension from body and mind and allow you to reconnect with your inner flame. Optional 15min meditation after class.
